Ingredients:
Makes 6 servings
12 (1/8 in thick slices) Black Forest ham
3/4 cup whipped cream cheese
2 cup (16ounces) Real Egg Product
1/3 cup milk
1/4 tsp salt
1tbsp finely chopped fresh basil
1/2 cup chopped tomatoes
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400F.
2. Grease 12 cup nonstick regular muffin pans
3. Place ham slices inside each muffin cup (the ham will come over the edges
4. Spoon 1 tbsp cream cheese into the bottom of each cup
5. Whisk together Real Egg Product, milk, salt and basil
6. Top with chopped tomatoes and shredded cheese
7. Bake for 14-16 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
8. Let cool for 5 minutes before removing from the pan
Serve immediately
