Camembert Apple Melt

Nothing hits the spot like some melted cheese. For this delicious sandwich, I buttered one side slightly up with butter and placed in on the griddle. As it was starting to brown I cut 1 Granny Smith apple into very thin slices and made a layer on the bread. Then followed a layer of Camembert cheese topped with some Pecans, Walnuts and Cranberries and another layer of apple slices. Place the other bread half on top and let the cheese ,melt before serving it hot.
